If you suspect RESPA violations or need to file a RESPA complaint should contact the Office of RESPA and Interstate Land Sales at the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). HUD requests that all complaints include a detailed outline of the complaint, your contact information and any information about the violating party.
